I love chik fil a, however I don't love my latest experience I had at your store this evening. I visited your queens harbor location on Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville Fl. Unruly is the best word used to describe the activity taking place. It was loud and a few kids were throwing food- FOOD. I asked if the GM was available but was told she ran a marathon? I think I'll enjoy the food at another location.
