I think who ever answers the phone is very rude,they dont ask us to hold they are telling us.i think if the People would be more friendly it would help your buisniss.I work in a hotel where we get a lot of request for Pizza Places I think Chanello's would be one of the last one I want to tell my Guest,just because how unfriendly they are on the phone.
hope you take this letter series and try at least to make a change
