Catfish Dock Reviews

Our family went to the Catfish Dock today and it was by far the most awful meal and service that we're received in a long time. My ribeye was so tough that I couldn't cut through it with the steak knife and it was cold, the baked potato was dry and adding butter and sour cream did not help. My mom and husband both had the 4pc catfish meal. The fish was warm, their fries were hard and cold, and the hush puppies were hard as well. One of daughters ordered the kids chicken and pupps. He whole meal was cold & fried too hard. Our 4 year old had a child's burger meal. The burger looked like it had been put together by her. The tomato slice on it was probably ever bit of a half inch thick. It was falling apart and her fries were hard and cold. We were NEVER offered any refils, they asked us one time how everything was and my husband let them know that my steak was very tough. They cooked me a 2nd steak, brought it out and it was the way the first one should have been. Juicy, Tender & Hot. My husband got ready to pay and one of the ladies asked how things were and he explained to her. She got The "Manager" who in turn wanted to act like he knew nothing about any of this. It's sad when you travel 30 miles to have a Saturday Afternoon Dinner with your family at a resteraunt just to get treated like this. The meal minus the 2nd steak still ended up costing us $48 something. Needless to say we WILL NOT BE RETURNING to your resteraunt. Very Discouraged, Shannon Holmes McLean Co, Ky
