My friends and I have been eating at Bush's for awhile now at other locations. Stoppped in at the Harker Heights store several weeks ago, and was horrified at the service and the quality of the food.
Never again for that store, and it will be some time before I can face Bush's again. Not a good experience.

We ate at Bush's on 11-19-08 at the Harker Heights location and both my husband and myself became violently ill within just a few hours.
After much research I found a telephone number for Bush's and called to advise them that not only did the chicken taste bad, but that we had both become ill. I spoke with 2 'managers' and was told to dig through my trash and to return the uneaten chicken which by now had been in the garbage for almost 24 hours, and that with both the receipt and the uneaten chicken we could get a refund.
Obviously, we are not going to take tainted chicken that has not been kept cool back to the store, so we are going to just take the loss and learn a lesson. I hope this will keep others from wasting their money at Bush's.
I am also going to contact the health department and have them check to see what went wrong with the food prep.
I think I was more surprised and shocked by how we were treated by the so called 'managers' than the bad chicken. With Harker Heights growing by leaps and bounds, you do not have to spend your money where you are treated badly.

My family eats Bush's at least once a week, but last week we went to the store in Heights.
The chicken smelled funny----so funny I would not let my children eat it.
We were refused a refund, and left and drove to McDonalds for dinner.
No more Height's Bushs for this family.
