This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I went through the drive thru and they were having trouble with the speaker. Half of what they were saying was intelligible due to static, the other half was so loud it nearly deafened me. I asked the girl to repeat some things and then I got a guy. They kept messing up my order, maybe they couldn't hear me well either. Each time I told them they had it wrong, they got tackier and tackier. In the end, the guy said that mine was with cheese and I said that it was without cheese and he yelled, "That's what I said." He used a very hateful tone and displayed a very nasty attitude throughout the entire experience. At that point I nearly drove off, but I didn't want to leave them with an order that was already prepared. In retrospect, I realize that they probably hadn't even started it yet. When I pulled up to the window to pay, the guy leaned out toward me and asked with his usual tacky attitude, "What is your problem?" I told him that my problem was him, his attitude and his tone of voice. At which point he told me that I could just leave and I told him him, "Absolutely and you can bet that I will NEVER be back." And I won't. Not only that, but I am posting this review and I will be telling absolutely everyone I know about my experience there. The date was today 3-24-2011 and this occurred about 600 PM. The only reason I am rating this a "POOR" is because they don't have a choice for "LOUSY" or even "VERY POOR."
