Burger King Reviews

Yesterday I visited Burger King on Vance Jackson/Frederickburg Rd . I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by a friendly voice. He took my order and asked me to drive up to the second window. As I approached the window the same friendly voice greeted me in person and told me my order was coming right out. I handed him my money and he handed me my food. What impressed me about this gentleman was his manners/outstanding customer service. I wasn't feeling that great but was so glad that this gentleman was waiting on me. He gave outstanding customer service at the drive up speaker and then in person. I called the establishment to tell the manager about my wonderful experience. She then told me the older gentleman about 3 or 4 in the afternoon on 04/06/2012. Ralph maybe was his name. I can't remember his name for sure . He is an asset to Burger King with his friendly smile and demeaner. Thanks for a great experience. B Guzman
