It was chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, green pepper with feta, oil and vinegar. It was a simple salad that really tasted exceptionally good. I liked the way they grated the feta cheese so that it was just sprinkled on top and wasn't overbearing. We then had the mixed appetizer with grape leaves, fried eggplant, hummus and babahamus. It was a nice assortment of different spreads and appetizers.
