The Blue Baker is one of the best quality bakeries I have been to. They have a big assortment of sandwiches, but you can also change them to your liking or build your own. Their fresh bread is great with a nice variety of breads to choose from, including a special bread of the day. I usually buy a few loaves for my family members who live out of town when I come and visit. They love it! I love the spinach and feta cheese bread. Its so delicious!
