Veronkia - Just wanted to get back to you to say how very pleased we were with every little thing that you and your staff did for us on Saturday night! Jose and crew were top notch! The food was fabulous! Just perfect for our party casual but still really special. Everyone was talking about the food and the display. Jose was just the best and treated everyone with such attention and care. I'm embarrassed to say, that I don't think I remember the names of the other two was it Velma and Ricardo? Please let me know, as they were just as wonderful. The bar was handled just perfectly and he kept everyone happy! She was so sweet and cooked those french fries to perfection! The fries were a huge hit, as were the dumplings and the fajitas. Well, actually, everything was great! I don't know if I told you that I hosted the rehearsal dinner for 20 people at our house the night before the party. I had the BBQ brought in, but Gary and I did everything else. The set up, decorations, food set up, drinks, clean up, etc. It was a lot of work, even without actually cooking the food! So, I can't tell you how wonderful it was to be able to come in after the wedding on Saturday and just have everything taken care of. I could just truly relax and enjoy the party thanks to the care and handling of everything by you and your staff! I look forward to using your company again in the future! Many thanks, R. Raker
