Above & Beyond Catering began with Chef Anthony’s love of food, cultivated on his grandparents’ farm in Georgia. In the mornings, he would pick fresh vegetables in the garden before helping his florist grandmother with floral arrangements in the barn. At dinner, though, his love of food truly bloomed as he cooked in the kitchen with his family’s recipes. His passion for excellent cuisine drove every step of his career, so he knew that in order to prepare the food he wanted and work for a business he was proud of, he would need to create his own catering company.
