THEY DIDNT TAKE MY COUPONS OFF AND THE FRIES WAS OLD. THEY DIDNT GET MY ORDER RIGHT.THEY NEED MANAGERS WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND YOU WHEN YOU TELL THEM THEY MESSED UP OUR ORDER.

I have been to this McDonalds several times and every time I have to deal with the worse customer service ever. Today at 12pm I notice that they were busy at on the drive through. I stood there for almost 5 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. Btw if I had to come all the way back because you forgot the sweet and sour sauce. First off you tried to charge me for the sauce you never gave me. Then just chuck it over the counter at me. Never returning to this McDonalds again
