***Update***
We went back to return the subs and to request a refund. When we entered the store there were two employees (one male & one female) sitting in the front typing on their cell phones with no one else in sight. We asked to speak with a manager and both initially ignored us and a girl came out from the back saying she could help us. We again explained that we really needed to speak to a manager. The male on his phone, who initially ignored us, stood up and said he was the owner. We politely explained the past situations we have experienced and stated that we still decided to give them another chance and to see if delivery would be different and expressed our disappointment with today's service. The male who stated he was the manager cut us off, called us liars, and accused us of yelling at his staff and cussing at them which we NEVER did. We expressed our concerns with their customer service and stated that if this was how they treat their customers from now on we would go elsewhere. His response was
