In addition to the roasted duck breast, I also sampled some of Carruthers Restaurants other offerings, including the seared scallops and the braised short ribs. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, showcasing the culinary skill and creativity of the chefs.- Gustavo Woltmann
