when attempting to order at the taco bell on Manhattan Ave, I was cut off multiple times by the person taking my order as they attempted to guess my order and did not allow me to speak. we had to start over multiple times, finally we gave up after said employee tried to talk to us in Spanish and rudely shouted through the speaker, as if to urge us to get along with our order. we then went up to the window. at this point I was so offended I wanted to just get whatever she put down. I asked the cashier at the window who was taking my order, and out came Tosha with a nasty attitude. out of curiosity, I asked why she spoke to me in Spanish, as I was clearly ordering in English. she said because of my car. I asked her soo, because of my car, you can tell my nationality? she did not attempt to diffuse the situation at all, she just puffed her chest and said shes a manager. I asked because youre a manager you can talk to me as you wish? Ive never had such an unpleasant and insulting experience in any fast food restaurant in my life. she later threatened to call the cops when I was talking to her in a calm manner, nor was I yelling as she was. in the end our order was incorrect
