Chick-fil-A Reviews

All Chick-fil-A's have been a very positive experience. My family has purposely gone there to support this company because of their quality of service, their helpfulness, cheery dispositions and assistance in ordering and sitting. The only negative experience in all these years was when we went for our first visit to the Fruitville Rd. location. No greeting, no smiles, no extra care. I asked a question about the gift certificate I was using and was met with the attitude that I was burdening them (and it was not busy at that time). Then, we received our order and the chicken sandwich, which has always been delicios, had a dark substance in a line through the top of it in the breading. I still haven't been able to figure out what it was, but we peeled it off in one long line. We didn't dare to go back to the front since the service, including the manager was extremely unfriendly. We will not be going back to that location.
