Why does an idiot delivery driver park ILLEGALLY on handicapped spot on UNC-Greeey campus tonight? AND his car engine was running on while he walked to the dorm with delivery!!!! I yelled at him "why?" He ignored my saying. He does NOT respect the rules and does not follow the laws!
